The course is primarily aimed at employees without any aviation related preparation from enterprises engaged in air traffic management

On completion of the course the participants have acquired the general knowledge of the professional field of air traffic management

  • Aviation legislation and organisations – 16 hours;
  • Air traffic services – 22 hours;
  • Airfields – 19 hours;
  • Navigation – 22 hours;
  • Basics of aerodynamics and aircraft construction – 8 hours;
  • Working principles of equipment and devices used in air traffic control and flight information service – 11 hours;
  • Flight Information Service – 12 hours;
  • Meteorology – 8 hours;
  • Human Factor in Aviation – 8 hours
  • Requirements set for passing the course
    The course programme shall be deemed completed if the final written test in all the subejcts has been passed and scored 75% as a minimum
    Documents issued on complation of the course
    The participants shall be awarded the certificate by EAVA on the subjects in which the final test was passed positively
